This is a page made and ran by a single individual who wants to spread the word to other people, rather than corporations,
about the best PTR programs I've found on the internet. I've signed-up for a lot of them, but only a handful or so have
really pleased me. I am not being paid for these endorsements yet; rather, they are the programs I sincerely recommend
for the individual trying to make a little extra easy cash with no initial investment on the internet. All of the programs
listed are completely free to join.

This site, mellow-mails, is a PTR that only gives out 3, 6, and 9 cent e-mails. They send a good bit every day,
so it's fairly easy to get some decent PTR money quickly, especially if you get a large downline. There are direct monetary
incentives for getting referrals, and there are 6 ref levels below you. You get 9%, 6%, 3%, 1%, 1%, 1%. Also,
there are several upgrade options and random payouts. Payment options are paypal, check, moneybookers, and e-gold, with
the payout being $55. There aren't many PTC, but the potential with the PTR more than makes up for that.

This program, bikini bottom emails, is a fairly new program that is quickly growing, so at this point it's a good chance
to get in on the ground floor. Its compensation is based on both cash and points, but the points can be redeemed for
both advertising and cash, so if you choose you can make strictly cash. On average, the payment per read/click is about
1 cent. There are lots of opportunity with it, though, as there is a fair amount of PTR sent everyday, but especially
because of the huge PTC section, which has lots of potential clicks everyday. There are 5 upgrade options that
are very reasonably priced and have excellent benefits such as 100 point (roughly 4 cents or so) solo to all every week
and lots of other advertising goodies. Also, the referral capabilities are awesome: 7 levels: 18%, 10%, 5%, 4%,
3%, 2%, 2%, with only a $25 payout (paypal, check, e-gold, or advertising only) and a $3 signup bonus. (P.S.-The
timers on this program are the shortest I've seen.)

This site, webbercash, is a very well-established, large PTR program. All emails are worth 2-10 cents
apiece, and the PTC's are all worth at least a cent. There are not usually many PTC's, though. Many emails are
sent everyday, most of them are 2 cent ones, but the money adds up pretty fast. It's a no points, all cash program.
There is a $.02 referral bonus, and 5 referral levels under you: 10%, 5%, 1%, 1%, 1%. There is a gold membership option
with some decent benefits. The payout is $45 with the options of: paypal and e-gold.
WebberCash
This site, JustFriendsMail, pays the best per read/click of all the genuine programs I've joined.
Just about every email I've gotten has been 5 or 10 cents with some being worth more. There aren't too many emails everyday,
but the money builds pretty quickly anyway with the high payout per read. The catch is the really high payout, which
is $125. There is also a decent PTC section, with the pay being equally good. This site is also pretty new, so
opportunities abound. There are upgrade options and 6 referral levels: 7%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 2%, 1%. There is also a
$10 signup bonus, and the cashout options are check (w/ $15 fee), paypal (w/ $2.50 fee), moneybookers, and egold (w/ $15 fee).

For now, those are the only programs I'm listing on this site, to give you the cream of the crop.
